Have several new ideas for sketches/paintings, mostly drawn from Woolf's To The Lighthouse. It may not be easy to read, but some of her images are simply without compare. I hope to be getting a chance to work on those in the next few days. I also hope to clean my apartment. It's a pit.
This morning at 6:30 roofers showed up to rip the shingles off my apartment buildling. They made much noise, stomping all over the roof, slamming ladders up against the building, and revving truck engines. That led to today's self portrait, which I'm calling "Make It Stop":
