A mess that he don't wanna clean up

random thoughts for the day:

1. A search for "paper" in itunes proves that it is a popular song title component (paper bag [from two different artists], paper shoes, paperweight, paper aeroplane, paper thin walls, paper doll [and bonus points if you can name the artists]). Scissors is not so popular.

2. Ebooks are interesting things and it seems one loves them or hates them, but that not many innovate with them.

3. My cats are keeping the fu manchu alive as a mustache of choice

4. Sundays spent playing neighborhood art teacher (you should paint whatever you want, small child i've never seen before) are rewarding.

5. Springing forward is never as bad as you think it will be. Especially not if you spend all weekend pretending it's already happened. Equally important is that you think of it as pouncing (thanks, Steve).

6. Imagining that you've solved one of the great mysteries of existence (some things will just always suck) is a good way to feel prematurely smug and secure in yourself before you get knocked down again.

7. I exist in peaks and valleys.

8. Some (crochet) projects just never end.

9. 40% off art paper is a heavenly thing.

10. The Graveyard Book (Neil Gaiman) is delightful and frightful and envy-inducing.

11. Just add one to throw things delightfully off balance.

*Nod to Fiona for the blog title.
