Lens love*
I bought a new 70-300 mm lens that is macro-enabled (probably not the technical term) which means that at a certain focal length I can use it to shoot macro. It's not the world's best glass, because I can't afford that, but I'm pleased with its capabilities. Anyway, all that mumbo jumbo aside, I love my new lens. Here's just one sample picture to explain (I hope) my adoration.

I have a new camera!! my extra lens is a 55-200. I'm still reading my manual and trying to understand everything, but I did take it out on the town yesterday and got a few nice shots. I still can't quite believe that I own it.
Can I be a part of the canon rebel club? ;)
